Terms of Service

By subscribing to or using Claw99 AI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Claw99 AI provides an AI assistant inside WhatsApp and Telegram for questions, writing, translation, image generation/editing and public 4D results look-ups. Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; verify anything important before relying on it.

2. Subscription and activation

• Plans are sold per period (monthly, quarterly, half-year, yearly) and activate after payment is confirmed.
• Each subscription is for one person. Sharing a login or reselling access is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
• Prices may change; the price you paid applies until the end of your current period.

3. Image quota and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly image allowance (100 images per month on current plans). Unused images do not roll over. Top-ups are available. Heavy automated use that degrades the Service for others may be throttled or suspended.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, malware, or attempts to break into systems.
• No use to produce content that infringes copyright or impersonates a real person.
• No automated scraping or reselling of the Service's output as your own product.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are collected via DuitNow / ToyyibPay. Because access is granted immediately, payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, except where Malaysian consumer law requires otherwise. If a payment succeeded but access did not activate, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

6. Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages or messaging-platform limits may cause interruptions. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to process it to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy). We may remove content that breaches these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time; unused periods are not refunded except as required by law.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on AI output.

10. 4D results

Results shown by the assistant are compiled from public sources for information only. They are not betting advice, and we are not affiliated with any lottery operator. Always confirm with the official operator.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
